Maxim Indonesia has successfully carried out various social assistance programmes during Ramadan, reaching more than 100 cities across Indonesia. The programmes include the distribution of grocery packages and Eid hampers to driver partners, the provision of Eid Bonuses (BHR) to more than 50,000 partners, and assistance for orphaned children in various regions.

These various initiatives form part of the company’s contribution to supporting the welfare of driver partners while bringing benefits to the wider community. Through these programmes, Maxim seeks to provide tangible support to partners who play an important role every day in transportation services across various regions of Indonesia.

In the programme for distributing grocery packages and typical Eid hampers, Maxim has realised this in more than 55 cities, reaching thousands of driver partners. This assistance is given as a form of the company’s attention to the needs of partners, especially ahead of Eid when household needs increase.

In addition, Maxim has also distributed Eid Bonuses (BHR) to more than 50,000 driver partners in more than 100 cities. The number of BHR recipients this year has increased by more than 5,000 percent compared to the previous year. This increase aligns with the company’s operational expansion and commitment to broadening support for partners, including in eastern Indonesia.

Development Director of Maxim Indonesia, Dirhamsyah, stated that Ramadan is a momentum to strengthen care for others. “Maxim wants to ensure that driver partners who have contributed to the growth of our services can also feel support from the company. Therefore, we are presenting various assistance programmes that reach many regions,” he said.

On the other hand, Maxim has also collaborated with the Yayasan Pengemudi Selamat Sejahtera Indonesia to distribute aid to orphaned children in more than 15 cities. This activity is part of the company’s efforts to bring a broader social impact during Ramadan.

Not only that, Maxim has also implemented a zero percent applicator deduction policy for disabled driver partners as a form of support so that they have broader opportunities to earn income.

One driver partner in Jakarta, Faisal, admitted that he was helped by this programme. “Alhamdulillah, it is very helpful for additional Eid needs. This kind of attention truly means a lot to us who work on the road every day,” he said.

Through these various Ramadan programmes, Maxim hopes to continue strengthening relationships with driver partners while providing positive contributions to communities in various regions of Indonesia. The company is also committed to presenting sustainable initiatives that support partner welfare and broader social impacts.
