The Head of the Mataram City Health Office in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Emirad Isfihan, has assured that health services at 11 community health centres will continue to operate optimally during the extended holiday period before and after Eid al-Fitr 2026. Several strategic measures have been prepared to ensure smooth operations and the readiness of medical personnel. “We have prepared a shift system. Everything is safe. Services remain open; we are redirecting everything to the emergency department,” said Emirad when confirmed by detikBali on Wednesday (18/3/2026). Emirad urged the people of Mataram City not to panic or worry because health services will continue to operate during the extended holiday period. This is particularly important for patients who need routine check-ups and medications. “All check-ups will be at the emergency department. Therefore, we hope that our patients, within the next week, prepare their chronic medications themselves,” he stated. He emphasised that health facilities in Mataram City remain available and ready to serve the public. Therefore, he asked the community not to worry. “Insha’Allah, our health facilities in Mataram City are wide open. There are 16 hospitals, 11 community health centres, and other clinics. I think our facilities in Mataram are extraordinary,” he added. In addition, the Health Office has also deployed medical teams at several posts. These include two main posts located at Jalan Udayana and Lombok Epicentrum Mall. “Our teams are on standby at the posts (terminal), two main posts at Udayana and Epicentrum. Many of our personnel are involved there; the others are on a case-by-case basis,” he concluded. 40 People Utilise Civil Registry Services During Eid Holiday Puluhan residents of Mataram City utilised civil registry services during the national holiday and collective leave for Eid al-Fitr 1447 H.
