Local crossers to race in Yogya

JAKARTA (JP): A huge field of some 300 local crossers are
expected to take part in the National Motocross Championships on
March 18 in Yogyakarta.

The championship is the first of the season's seven scheduled
events, sponsored by the Indonesian Motosport Association, which
will have nine divisions.

The venue, at the Pugeran Maguwoharjo circuit, will also be
the arena for the 11th World Motocross Championships, scheduled
for July. According to an association official, an officer of the
world motocross governing body, FIAM, has inspected the site and
given a green light to the world series, Antara reported
