List of 22 Issuers That Have Announced Dividends: Who Is the Most Generous?
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The dividend distribution season for the 2025 fiscal year is once again enlivening activity in the Indonesian capital market. Dozens of issuers from various sectors have officially announced the schedule for distributing company profits to shareholders.
This corporate move reflects the commitment of business entities to provide added value based on the positive performance achieved throughout the previous year.
In general, the majority of issuers have scheduled the shareholder recording date for mid- to late April 2026, with cash payments concentrated at the end of April to early May 2026.
Dominance of the Financial Sector and Currency Variations
The financial sector leads this capital market agenda with significant allocations. Giant banking issuers such as PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) have set a payout ratio of 92% of 2025 net profit, while PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) has scheduled a dividend payment of Rp 349.41 per share, equivalent to 65% of its net profit.
BRI will distribute dividends to its shareholders amounting to Rp 52.10 trillion from the 2025 fiscal year net profit, or equivalent to Rp 346 per share. This decision was agreed upon at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).
This amount includes the Interim Dividend already distributed to Shareholders on 15 January 2026, amounting to Rp 20,632,254,718,348.00 or Rp 137 per share.
Thus, the remaining cash dividend to be paid to shareholders is Rp 31,470,159,890,136.00 or Rp 209.00 per share.
PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) has also set an annual dividend from the accumulation of interim and final dividends to maintain investor satisfaction.
The amounts distributed vary widely, from single rupiah units like PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (CNMA), to hundreds of rupiah per share by financing issuers such as PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF).
In addition to the Rupiah, PT Pelat Timah Nusantara Tbk (NIKL) is distributing its dividends in US Dollar denominations, which will later be converted using the Bank Indonesia middle exchange rate for domestic account holders. Corporate Strategy and Taxation Regulations
In addition to the conventional cash dividend payment method, there are different corporate actions where PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS) plans to distribute stock dividends from the capitalisation of retained earnings to strengthen the company’s capital structure.
Regarding taxation regulations, issuers such as PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (WOMF) and PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE) transparently remind that domestic investors who reinvest their dividends in Indonesia are entitled to a tax exemption facility.
Conversely, foreign investors must attach a certificate of domicile document for rate adjustments. As a closing note, PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance is not included in the above comparison list because the company did not release a specific nominal amount per share to the public.
