'Lifestyle' guide to be launched soon

JAKARTA (JP): The Jakarta Post daily and Integrated
Information Pte Ltd of Singapore are preparing to launch the
second edition of their English-language lifestyle guide titled
The Jakarta Post Lifestyle 1997.

Irna Permanasari, a coordinator for the guide, said here
yesterday that the first edition, The Jakarta Post Lifestyle
1996, which was launched in January, was well received.

Interested parties may contact PT Media Dutaservisindo to
place advertisements in the new edition until Oct. 25, she said.

Like the first edition, The Jakarta Post Lifestyle 1997 will
contain informative and entertaining articles on all aspects of
middle-upper class lifestyles in Jakarta.

Besides the copies to be sold in bookstores throughout
Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, about 30,000 copies of the
guide will be distributed free of charge to subscribers of The
Jakarta Post, leading hotels, travel agents, key businesses,
government offices and embassies, she said. (jsk)
