Yogyakarta, renowned as Indonesia’s culinary capital and home to thousands of creative SMEs, will once again host three of Central Java’s largest industry exhibitions. The three exhibitions are the Jogja Food & Beverage Expo, Jogja Printing Expo, and Jogja Pack & Process Expo 2026.

These three exhibitions will be held simultaneously from 8 to 11 April 2026 at the Jogja Expo Center (JEC), presenting a blend of creativity, technology, and business opportunities designed to strengthen the ecosystem of the culinary, packaging, and graphics industries.

CEO of Krista Exhibitions Group, Daud D Salim, stated that the organisation of these three major exhibitions is designed to trigger a domino effect on the regional economy.

“We are not only presenting exhibitions, but building an ecosystem that enables industry players to collaborate, innovate, and grow. The synergy between the food and beverage, packaging, and printing sectors is the future of Indonesia’s manufacturing industry,” said Daud in a written statement on Friday (27/3/2026).

The Jogja Food & Beverage Expo 2026 will showcase various innovations in the food sector, from food processing technology and professional kitchen equipment to quality raw materials and functional ingredients.

Complementing the needs of the food sector, the Jogja Pack & Process Expo 2026 will present modern packaging solutions that are crucial to the success of food and beverage products.

A variety of environmentally friendly packaging technologies, automated production and packaging machines, the latest food security systems, and logistics efficiency solutions will be exhibited as responses to industry challenges demanding resilience, aesthetics, and process efficiency.

This series of innovations is further strengthened by the Jogja Printing Expo 2026, which positions itself as a centre of visual creativity for business players. By featuring graphics companies and printing technology, the exhibition will display various solutions such as high-resolution digital printing, label and packaging printing, UV and hybrid technology, as well as personalisation and premium finishing options that are market trends based on visuals.

The strong synergy between the printing and packaging sectors makes this exhibition an integrated branding solution that supports producers, brand owners, and SMEs in creating stronger, more attractive, and competitive product identities.

The Jogja Food & Beverage Expo, Jogja Printing Expo, and Jogja Pack & Process Expo 2026 will serve as the main stage for more than 110 participants, including 30 SMEs, with a series of flagship programmes designed to inspire and strengthen the F&B industry ecosystem. These include Baking & Cooking Demos showcasing innovative cooking techniques from professional chefs, to the Bakat Boga Challenge, a competition arena for culinary creativity among students, professionals, and communities.

On the main stage, the Cooking & Baking Demo will once again feature a lineup of renowned chefs and brands ready to share the best culinary inspirations. One of the most anticipated is the exclusive demo from Chef Achen (Rose Brand), presenting various signature dishes. The excitement continues with baking sessions from Indobake, which every afternoon features demonstrations of modern techniques using the latest baking and mixing equipment.

The stage will also come alive with the presence of Chef Lucky P. Katili from PT Ikan Dorang through a demo of the ‘Ayam Cabe Garam’ menu. Not to be missed, Chef Edli Haryanto from Let’s Eat will captivate visitors with dishes such as Crispy Tofu Sweet Chili, Mie Mala Chili Oil, Asparagus Soup, and Tom Yum, providing fresh inspiration for industry players and food enthusiasts alike.

From the coffee sector, the ICAB ROC Coffee Competition will be held again to test baristas’ skills in brewing techniques and latte art. This competition is also bolstered by the J-ROC Competition, a professional roasting arena that evaluates participants’ abilities in processing coffee beans to high-level competition standards.

From the tea sector, the Indonesian Tea Council will hold Tea Talks and Tea Classes as educational platforms for participants who wish to deepen their knowledge of tea blends, brewing techniques, and safe, high-quality tea flavour development, consisting of two main classes.

‘The Science Behind Tea Flavouring’ discusses the science of tea flavours with Certified Professionals from international companies and the Indonesian Tea Council, complete with certificates, books, practical tools, tea, and flavour samples. Meanwhile, ‘Natural & Sugar Free Milk Tea’ teaches how to make milk tea from pure milk without sugar, guided by certified trainers.

All programmes during this exhibition are designed to enhance knowledge, improve skills, and encourage the birth of new ideas in the F&B industry. With various informative and inspirational activities, the exhibition becomes the right place for business players, professionals, and communities to learn, share experiences, and collaborate to develop the industry together.

By combining the strengths of these three strategic industries, Yogyakarta is ready to affirm itself as Indonesia’s centre of gravity for creative economy. The Jogja Food & Beverage Expo, Jogja Printing Expo, and Jogja Pack & Process Expo 2026 are must-visit destinations that bring together food and beverage business players, brand owners, printing entrepreneurs, and culinary SMEs.

Through this event, they can explore improvements in equipment standards, raw material innovations, as well as packaging and graphics technology solutions to significantly increase product selling value.

Not only serving as a visual research space for academics and designers to study future trends, this event also opens doors for the general public and food connoisseurs to witness directly the synergy between manufacturing technology and creativity that drives the nation’s economy.
