KPK Probes Further Assets Belonging to Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq Not Yet Seized
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has seized assets in the form of cars linked to the Pekalongan Regent case, Fadia Arafiq (FAR). The KPK will trace other assets owned by Fadia. ‘Investigators are still tracing other assets alleged to be under FAR’s control,’ KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told reporters on Friday, 6 March 2026. One of the assets to be traced is Fadia’s house. The KPK will seize other assets arising from the alleged corruption. ‘Including assets in the form of houses, for example; they will continue to be traced and examined whether they relate to or originate from the alleged criminal acts of corruption. Naturally, investigators will also conduct seizures,’ he said. The KPK has seized cars from several individuals at the Pekalongan Regent’s official residence up to Cibubur. The details: Wuling Air EV, Mitsubishi Xpander, Toyota Camry, Toyota Fortuner, and Toyota Vellfire. In this case, the KPK states that Fadia’s husband and son established a company named PT Raja Nusantara Berjaya (RNB). Fadia is suspected to be the beneficiary owner (BO) of the company. The company also includes Fadia’s campaign team. She asked regional apparatus to win for the company. The Fadia family company itself received Rp 46 billion from 2023 to 2026, which was then distributed. The details are as follows: - Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq Rp 5.5 billion; - Fadia’s husband, Ashraff, Rp 1.1 billion; - Director of PT RNB, Rul Bayatun, Rp 2.3 billion; - Fadia’s son, Sabiq, Rp 4.6 billion; - Fadia’s daughter, Mehnaz Na, Rp 2.5 billion; - Cash withdrawals amounting to Rp 3 billion. The KPK notes that PT RNB received outsourcing projects in 17 regional government units, three regional hospitals and one district in 2025. Fadia is charged under Article 12( i ) and Article 12(B) of the Anti-Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 127(1) of Law No. 1 of 2023 on the Penal Code (KUHP).
