KPK Examines PAN Official, Probes Bribery Flow in Rejang Lebong Regent Case
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is delving into allegations of money flows between suspects in the bribery case for advance fees on projects that implicated the inactive Regent of Rejang Lebong, Muhammad Fikri Thobari.
This matter was explored by the KPK during the examination of B Daditama, Deputy Chairman of the PAN (National Mandate Party) Regional Leadership Council I, as a witness in the bribery case on Wednesday (22/4/2026).
“In this examination, investigators delved into the witnesses’ knowledge regarding allegations of money flows between suspects,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in his statement on Thursday (23/4/2026).
Budi stated that the witness was also questioned about company affiliations and allegations of providing various project fees for procurement of goods and services through several parties.
Budi added that similar matters were explored by investigators with eight other witnesses, namely Roni Saputra, Head of the Road Infrastructure Division at the Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, and Settlement Area Department (PUPRPKP); Andrew Sadikin, Director of PT Statika Mitra Sarana; Dahniar and Sulasih, employees of PT Pebana Adi Sarana.
Then, Aisa, as the Technical Implementation Unit Officer for the Housing and Settlement Division of the PUPRPKP Department; Muktar Lopi, a civil servant and Technical Implementation Unit Officer for the Water Resources Division of the PUPRPKP Department; and Epi Handayani, a civil servant and Technical Implementation Unit Officer for the Spatial Planning Division of the PUPRPKP Department.
In addition to Fikri, the KPK has named four other suspects: Hary Eko Purnomo, Head of the PUPRPKP Department; Irsyad Satria Budiman from PT Statika Mitra Sarana; Edi Manggala from CV Manggala Utama; and Youki Yudiantoro from CV Alpagker Abadi.
Fikri is alleged to have received a bribe of Rp 980 million from demands for advance project fees to contractor companies.
The KPK stated that the money was received by Fikri from three partner companies that won project work at the Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, and Settlement Area Department (PUPRPKP).
The funds were collected to provide Eid allowances (THR) to several parties.
