Komunikasi gets $100m loan

SINGAPORE (Reuter): Indonesian telecommunications company PT
Komunikasi Selular Indonesia said yesterday it had raised US$100
million through a syndicated loan facility from the Asian dollar
market.

The company said in a statement the loan was arranged by HSBC
Investment Bank Asia Ltd, Singapore branch.

PT Komunikasi Selular is a joint venture company of PT
Elektrindo Nusantara, which is part of the Bimantara group, and
PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, which is listed on the New York,
London and Jakarta stock exchanges, the statement said.
There are 24 participating lenders in the loan, it said.
