KDKMP Enters Operationalisation Phase, LPDB Koperasi Strengthens Revolving Fund Distribution Scheme
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — The Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir Koperasi (LPDB Koperasi) continues to strengthen its role in supporting the development of Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KDKMP) through the distribution of accountable, measurable, and sustainable revolving funds.
This revolving fund distribution scheme has a strong legal foundation, namely through Ministerial Regulation on Cooperatives No. 9 of 2025.
LPDB Koperasi’s CEO, Krisdianto, stated that with KDKMP entering the operationalisation phase, LPDB Koperasi is not only focusing on financing aspects but also ensuring the readiness of the institutional ecosystem and supporting infrastructure in the regions. This is done through intensive monitoring and field reviews.
“The monitoring covers the identification of progress in completing the physical construction of KDKMP, the readiness of verification and validation teams in the regions, as well as local government support in forming secondary cooperatives that will serve as connectors and distribution centres for KDKMP in their respective areas,” said Krisdianto.
Monitoring activities have been conducted in several strategic regions, including Bali Province with 7 KDKMP, West Kalimantan Province with 14 KDKMP, East Kalimantan Province with 10 KDKMP, and Central Kalimantan Province with 1 KDKMP.
To ensure that revolving fund distribution is on target, LPDB Koperasi is also innovating through the implementation of Innovative Credit Scoring (ICS). This system is integrated with the financing menu in the Simkopdes platform, making the financing eligibility assessment process faster, more objective, and data-based.
The implementation of innovative credit scoring is a strategic step by LPDB Koperasi to strengthen accountability while mitigating risks in revolving fund distribution to KDKMP.
LPDB Koperasi’s CEO, Krisdianto, emphasised that the transformation of the financing scheme is key to ensuring the success of the KDKMP programme as a driver of village economies.
“We ensure that every revolving fund distribution to KDKMP is carried out with principles of prudence, accountability, and data-based approaches. Through the implementation of innovative credit scoring integrated into the Simkopdes system, LPDB Koperasi not only accelerates the financing process but also strengthens risk mitigation and ensures that the revolving funds are truly productive and sustainable,” said Krisdianto.
Furthermore, Krisdianto added that synergy with local governments and the strengthening of secondary cooperative institutions are important factors in creating an efficient and integrated distribution ecosystem.
“KDKMP cannot operate independently. It requires full support from local governments as well as the presence of secondary cooperatives as aggregators that connect production and distribution. LPDB Koperasi is here to ensure this ecosystem runs optimally through appropriate and sustainable financing support,” he added.
With these various strategic steps, LPDB Koperasi is optimistic that KDKMP can become a main pillar in strengthening village economies, improving community welfare, and promoting cooperative self-reliance throughout Indonesia.
