Jasa Raharja Ensures Accident Victims During Mudik Receive Swift and Appropriate Treatment and Compensation
Jakarta – Jasa Raharja held a Ramadan alert readiness parade for Eid al-Fitr 1447 H in 2026 at its head office in Jakarta on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.
The event served as a national consolidation opportunity for all Jasa Raharja personnel to ensure operational readiness ahead of increased public mobility during the mudik (homecoming) and balik (return) periods for Eid al-Fitr 2026.
The activity also demonstrated the company’s commitment to providing public protection through Jasa Raharja’s accident insurance services. This effort aligns with the spirit of state-owned enterprise transformation under Danantara Indonesia’s coordination and strengthens state presence by improving the quality of public services in the transport sector.
The parade was led directly by Jasa Raharja Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Awaluddin, who instructed all company personnel to prioritise excellent service and ensure every public service operates swiftly, responsively, and effectively during the Eid al-Fitr alert period from 13–27 March 2026.
Awaluddin emphasised that the increased public mobility during the extended Eid holiday must be anticipated with full readiness from all company staff. “The Eid period always represents a moment of very high public mobility. Therefore, I have instructed all Jasa Raharja personnel to strengthen readiness, reinforce cross-sectoral coordination, and ensure every traffic accident victim receives treatment and compensation swiftly and appropriately. No victim should be left waiting, and no incident should slip through our services,” said Awaluddin.
He also stressed the importance of utilising data on public movement patterns and findings from previous evaluations to map potential traffic accident risks. Beyond main mudik routes, vigilance must also be heightened in destination areas and tourist zones likely to experience a surge in public activity.
To support such readiness, the company has optimised various service infrastructures, including integrated service posts distributed across strategic locations. These posts result from coordination with the Traffic Police Command (Korlantas Polri) and various stakeholders, aiming to provide information services, assistance, and safety support for mudik travellers en route.
Additionally, tactical tents have been set up at strategic toll routes, and traffic safety units are distributed across various regional offices and branches.
