The government through the Road Toll Regulatory Agency (BPJT) and PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk has prepared a detailed chronological schedule for implementing a 30 per cent toll tariff discount for the 2026 Eid (Lebaran) holiday period (1447 H). This measure has been taken to ensure that traffic load distribution on toll roads remains manageable.

For those planning to return home and subsequently travel back during the Eid holidays, here is a complete breakdown of the discount tariff schedule:

The 30 per cent toll tariff discount during the outbound journey period applies for 2x24 hours during the early part of the week. For the return journey, the government has also provided a two-day discount window for those returning to Jakarta either earlier or later than the peak return period.

To obtain the maximum discount, ensure that the electronic toll card is tapped at the exit gate before the deadline expires. A table of safe travel time simulations is available to assist in journey planning.

Jasa Marga has also reminded that the discount applies to all vehicle classes (I through V). However, if the electronic toll card balance is insufficient at the exit gate, the 30 per cent discount entitlement will be forfeited, as the system requires sufficient balance to execute automatic tariff deduction.

Commuters should continuously monitor the latest traffic information through the Travoy application or Jasa Marga’s official social media channels to stay informed of congestion conditions on major toll routes during the 2026 Eid holiday period. The discount applies to designated sections of the Trans-Java and Sumatra toll routes starting from 16 March 2026, and commuters are advised to plan their journey in advance.
