Japfa gets $150m loan

JAKARTA (JP): PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia announced yesterday
that it has signed an agreement on a syndicated loan of US$150
million provided by 25 European and Japanese banks.

In a statement released here, Osa Masong, of Japfa Comfeed
said that the syndicated loan, under the agreement signed in
Singapore yesterday, has a maturity of three years with the
optional extension of two years.

He said the issuance of the loan was arranged by Bank Paribas,
DKB Merchant Bank, Deutsche Bank and LTCB Merchant Bank. (32)
