The government, through the Ministry of Religious Affairs, has set the first day of Ramadan fasting to begin on Thursday (19 February). Here is the traffic update for Jakarta’s toll roads this morning.

According to the X account of Jasa Marga @PTJASAMARGA, as observed on Thursday (19/2/2026), the Jagorawi Toll Road heading towards Jakarta was partially congested. The affected sections included Cimanggis KM 19–KM 16 towards Cawang, Cibubur KM 15–KM 13 towards Cawang, TMII KM 06–KM 04 towards Cawang, and Cililitan–Cawang.

“Heavy traffic volume,” wrote Jasa Marga.

However, in the opposite direction towards Ciawi, Jasa Marga reported smooth-flowing traffic.

Meanwhile, traffic on the Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) Toll Road was congested in both directions. The Halim–Cawang section was observed to be heavy, as was Bekasi Barat KM 12–Bekasi Timur KM 16+200.

Congestion also occurred on the Jakarta-Tangerang (Janger) Toll Road heading towards Jakarta. The bottleneck points were at Tangerang KM 20–KM 17 towards Tomang, Kunciran KM 16–KM 13 towards Tomang, Karang Tengah KM 12–KM 09 towards Tomang, and Kembangan KM 08–Kedoya KM 04.

Jasa Marga reported the congestion was due to high traffic volume. In the opposite direction towards Bitung, there was no congestion, with traffic flowing smoothly.

Additionally, traffic on the Inner City Toll Road heading from Cengkareng–Pluit–Tomang–Cawang was flowing smoothly. However, the Cawang KM 00–KM 01+200 section towards Pluit was gridlocked.

Jasa Marga reported a multi-vehicle pile-up on the Inner City Toll Road. “At Cawang KM 01+200 towards Pluit, a multi-vehicle collision occurred in lane 3 on the right-hand side and is being attended to by officers,” it wrote.
