Jakarta Gudang Station Opens Motis Eid 2026 Registration with 24-Hour Service
JAKARTA — Jakarta Gudang Station in Ancol, Pademangan, North Jakarta, is providing 24-hour offline registration for the free motorcycle transport by train (Motis) Eid 2026 programme organised by the Ministry of Transport (Kemenhub).
Motis Post officer at Jakarta Gudang Station, Aulia, stated that the station serves as the central Motis service hub, unlike supporting stations that operate on a shift system.
“Here it’s 24 hours, it’s the centre,” said Aulia when met at Kompas.com on Tuesday (3 March 2026).
Registration can be completed online via the nusantara.kemenhub.go.id portal or in person at the Jakarta Gudang Station Post.
Required documents include photographs of a family card (KK), identity card (KTP), vehicle registration (STNK), driving licence (SIM), and motorcycle photographs from the right, left, front, and rear sides. Participants are not required to submit the vehicle ownership certificate (BPKB) during registration.
For online registration, participants fill in their data independently and will receive a barcode as proof of registration. The barcode is used during the verification process and when delivering the motorcycle. Offline registration is conducted by visiting the post directly, where officers will input participant data.
Unlike other stations, participants registered at Jakarta Gudang Station are required to deliver their motorcycles one day before departure. After the motorcycles are handed over with keys and the barcode documentation, the vehicles will be packed and grouped according to route and departure schedule before being loaded into train carriages.
Aulia confirmed the programme incurs no fees.
“There are no charges whatsoever,” Aulia emphasised.
The Ministry of Transport officially opened registration for the free motorcycle transport by train (Motis) programme for Eid 2026 from 1–29 March 2026. Members of the public interested in participating in this programme can register online via nusantara.kemenhub.go.id or in person (offline) by visiting posts at various designated stations.
