JAKARTA CONTRASTS:

High-rise buildings tower behind a kampong house in
Rendezvous-Jalan Sudirman, a pen and ink drawing by Canadian
artist Ken Pattern.

This artwork and other drawings, original lithographs and the
1995 Indonesian Impressions calendar will be featured in the
Third Annual Ken Pattern Fund Raising Exhibition held by the
Canadian Women's Association.

The one-day exhibition, which will also introduce the artist's
Jakarta Birthday Calendar and his Jakarta Horizons card set, will
be held in the Gemini Room at the Hilton Executive Club on March
21.

Funds raised during the show, which will be open to the public
free of charge from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., will go to the Canadian
Women's Association, which donates to a number of health care
programs.
