IT Emitter ATIC Plans Rights Issue at Rp560 Price, Funds Earmarked for This
Jakarta – PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (ATIC), an information technology emitter, plans to conduct capital expansion through a rights issue (PMHMETD) with a 4:1 ratio.
President Director of ATIC, Harry Surjanto Hambali, in a response letter to questions from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), explained that every holder of four existing shares has the right to obtain one warrant (HMETD) which grants the right to purchase one new share of the company.
Shareholders registered in the Share Register on 26 February 2026 are entitled to participate in the rights issue. The exercise price will be determined later, taking into account the prevailing share market price and offering a discount to encourage investor participation.
Based on ATIC’s share closing price of Rp560 per share on 5 March 2026, the company estimates the rights issue price will be in that range, taking into account the theoretical price according to exchange regulations.
The funds from the rights issue will be used to strengthen the company’s financial structure, particularly for the repayment of bonds maturing on 11 July 2026, as well as to support working capital requirements. As of 30 September 2025, the company held cash and cash equivalents of Rp445.28 billion.
From this amount, approximately Rp120.57 billion, equivalent to 27.08%, will be allocated for payment of maturing bonds. Additionally, part of the funds from the rights issue will also be used for working capital, including employee salary payments of approximately Rp60 billion for the period July 2026 to June 2027.
