The channel is managed by the Government Strategic Program Acceleration Task Force (Satgas P2SP), established in December 2025, to resolve issues that could hinder investment in Indonesia.

  • Land and spatial planning: 15 complaints

  • Funding and financing: 7 complaints

  • State revenue and fiscal support: 5 complaints

  • Law enforcement: 4 complaints

  • Energy and electricity: 3 complaints

  • Industry: 2 complaints

  • Other: 6 complaints

“As of 20 February 2026, 89 complaints have been recorded and more than half, or 46 complaints, have been successfully reviewed and processed by Satgas P2SP,” Purbaya said at a press conference on Monday (23 February 2026).

Purbaya revealed that processed complaints included Pertamina’s bioethanol factory permit, a waste-to-energy power project in Benowo, pharmaceutical business licensing, textile company financing, shipping tax, and import HS code matters.

“I hope that within a year, we can eliminate almost all investment barriers from our economy,” Purbaya added.
