Insight Feature in Wondr Helps BNI Customers Manage Ramadan Finances
PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, is encouraging customers to manage their spending more intelligently during Ramadan through the Insight feature in the wondr by BNI application. This initiative has been launched in line with predictions of increased consumer spending leading up to and during the fasting month, as well as Eid preparations.
“Ramadan is synonymous with increased activity and spending, ranging from daily necessities to breaking fast together and preparing for Eid. Through the Insight feature in wondr by BNI, we want to help customers monitor and understand their spending patterns more easily and transparently,” said BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo.
Through the Insight feature, customers can view transaction summaries that are automatically categorised by expenditure type. The system presents monthly recaps that facilitate evaluation of personal financial conditions more comprehensively.
BNI believes that transaction data transparency can help customers identify spending patterns, adjust budgets, and avoid wasteful spending that often occurs during Ramadan.
In addition to the Insight feature, the wondr by BNI application is equipped with a Growth feature that provides various financial products to support medium and long-term planning. Available products include Term Savings (Life Goals), deposits in rupiah and foreign currencies (USD and SGD), mutual funds, bonds and retail sukuk. “Through this approach, wondr by BNI functions not only as a transaction application, but also helps customers build healthier and more planned financial habits,” said Okki.
On the transaction side, wondr by BNI offers various services such as QRIS Tap, scheduled transfers, group transfers, e-wallet top-ups, virtual accounts, TapCash express top-ups, and credit card and bill payments within a single application. BNI hopes that the presence of the Insight feature and integrated services in wondr by BNI can provide a practical solution for customers in maintaining financial stability during Ramadan.
