Indorama issues bonds

JAKARTA (JP): Indorama International Finance ( Brookgrance
International Finance Ltd.), the overseas promoter of PT Indorama
Synthetics, has issued exchangeable bonds worth 40 million Swiss
francs in the Swiss market, an executive of the company here said
yesterday.

The bonds, he added, are exchangeable at Rp 7,700 into the
shares of PT Indorama Synthetics starting on Aug.15, reflecting a
seven percent premium over the domestic price of Rp 7,200 as of
July 12.

Indorama is Indonesia's largest producer and exporter of
blended polyester yarns and the first polyester yarn producer in
the country conforming to the ISO 9002 standards. (vin)
