JAKARTA (JP): PT Indorama Synthetics, the publicly-listed
synthetic fiber producer, has been voted as the best company in
Indonesia for investor relations and treatment of minority
shareholders, according to the latest annual poll by the Hong
Kong-based Asiamoney magazine.

The Asiamoney magazine's annual poll reveals how institutional
investors and investment analysts rank the management quality of
cocmpanies in 12 Asian countries.

The magazine's latest issue also listed several Indonesian
companies in the ranks of the ten managed companies, including
Indosat, Semen Gresik, HM Sampoerna, Astra International, Gudang
Garam, Bimantara Citra. (vin)
