Director General of National Export Development at the Ministry of Trade, Fajarini Puntodewi, said that Indonesia’s participation in FHA is a strategic route to expand markets. “This is a very good sustainable promotion platform to provide opportunities for Indonesian SMEs to enter the regional, even global, food and beverage industry supply chain,” said Fajarini in a press release on Thursday (30/4/2026).
Fajarini added that the food and beverage sector is a pillar of national exports with 23.35 percent growth in 2025. Exports to Singapore also grew 23.21 percent in the same period.
