IKAPI Secretary General R. Primaditya Wirasandi stated that the role of curators and administrators is highly strategic in maintaining economic stability, especially in resolving PKPU and bankruptcy cases that have broad impacts on the business world.

“IKAPI is committed to upholding professionalism and integrity in enforcing PKPU and bankruptcy laws as part of efforts to provide solutions to the nation’s problems,” he said in his statement in Jakarta on Saturday.

According to him, future challenges in the field of bankruptcy and debt restructuring are becoming increasingly complex, thus requiring strong collaboration between practitioners, the government, and law enforcement authorities.

IKAPI, he continued during the Halal Bihalal 1447 Hijriah event attended by executives, members, and various strategic partners, will continue to strengthen the capacities of its members through various activities to improve the quality of services to the public.

Primaditya emphasised that IKAPI is expected to continue strengthening its role as a professional organisation that not only safeguards the interests of its members but also actively contributes to supporting a healthy and just national legal and economic system.

Meanwhile, Halal Bihalal IKAPI 2026 Committee Chair Niken Susanti added that IKAPI, under the leadership of General Chair Oscar Sagita, continues to commit to providing tangible contributions to the national economy.
