Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Indonesian Association of Curators and\nAdministrators (IKAPI) has emphasised the organisation\u2019s commitment to\naddressing various national legal and economic issues, particularly\nthose related to Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) and\nbankruptcy.<\/p>\n
IKAPI Secretary General R. Primaditya Wirasandi stated that the role\nof curators and administrators is highly strategic in maintaining\neconomic stability, especially in resolving PKPU and bankruptcy cases\nthat have broad impacts on the business world.<\/p>\n
\u201cIKAPI is committed to upholding professionalism and integrity in\nenforcing PKPU and bankruptcy laws as part of efforts to provide\nsolutions to the nation\u2019s problems,\u201d he said in his statement in Jakarta\non Saturday.<\/p>\n
According to him, future challenges in the field of bankruptcy and\ndebt restructuring are becoming increasingly complex, thus requiring\nstrong collaboration between practitioners, the government, and law\nenforcement authorities.<\/p>\n
IKAPI, he continued during the Halal Bihalal 1447 Hijriah event\nattended by executives, members, and various strategic partners, will\ncontinue to strengthen the capacities of its members through various\nactivities to improve the quality of services to the public.<\/p>\n
Primaditya emphasised that IKAPI is expected to continue\nstrengthening its role as a professional organisation that not only\nsafeguards the interests of its members but also actively contributes to\nsupporting a healthy and just national legal and economic system.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Halal Bihalal IKAPI 2026 Committee Chair Niken Susanti\nadded that IKAPI, under the leadership of General Chair Oscar Sagita,\ncontinues to commit to providing tangible contributions to the national\neconomy.<\/p>\n
On that occasion, she said the presence of stakeholders at the event\ndemonstrates the close synergy between IKAPI and various state\ninstitutions in carrying out the duties and functions of curators and\nadministrators in the bankruptcy legal process.<\/p>\n
Niken emphasised that togetherness among members is an important\nfoundation in maintaining the cohesion of the organisation, which has\nbeen established for 24 years.<\/p>\n
