A husband-and-wife pair, Tigran Denre Sonda and Donna Fabiola, who supplied narcotics to the Djakarta Warehouse Project in Bali, are set to be tried soon. Tigran and Donna, along with two other suspects, have been handed over to the public prosecutors. “The four suspects have been transferred to the prosecutors after the case file was declared complete (P-21),” stated Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, Director of Narcotics Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, in his remarks on Thursday (8/4/2026). The second-phase handover took place that afternoon at the Badung District Prosecutor’s Office in Bali, at 12:00 WITA. The four suspects transferred to the prosecutors were Tigran Denre Sonda, Donna Fabiola, Emir Aulija, and Mifrat Salim Baraba. “So far, we have transferred six suspects, with the rest to be handed over tomorrow, Friday,” he added. In addition to the suspects, investigators from Subdirectorate IV of the Directorate of Narcotics Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, led by Deputy Head Commissioner Handik Zusen, also handed over a number of seized evidence items. The evidence included envelopes containing narcotics such as cocaine and MDMA, cash amounting to tens of millions of rupiah, and several mobile phones used for communication. With the completion of this second-phase transfer of suspects and evidence, the public prosecutors will now prepare the indictments against the suspects. Two other suspects, Gusliadi and Ardi Alfayat, had been transferred earlier on Tuesday, 7 April 2026. During that handover, investigators also submitted various pieces of evidence, such as methamphetamine, ecstasy, and happy water, seized from the suspects. 17 Suspects Arrested The Directorate of Narcotics Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency arrested 17 suspects in connection with the circulation of narcotics. They had planned to distribute the drugs at the Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) event in Bali on 12-14 December 2025. Eko explained that the arrests were made outside and before the DWP Bali event took place. The suspects were apprehended at various locations from Jakarta to Bali during an operation conducted from 9-14 December 2025. “We can report that the series of crackdowns on drug trafficking rings for that event was carried out several days before the DWP event began,” said Brigadier General Eko Hadi during a press conference at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency in Jakarta on Monday (22/12/2025). Eko stated that these 17 suspects are part of six drug syndicates, with seven other suspects still being pursued by the police.
