Huawei Hosts 6th Global Installer Summit: Event Attended by Top Installers to Capture Renewable Energy Opportunities in the AI Era
The 6th Huawei Global Installer Summit took place at Songshan Lake, Dongguan, China. More than 500 partners and installers from 29 countries and regions participated to discuss industry trends, solutions, and business models, as well as to explore new paths towards high-quality development.
According to Zhou Jianjun, Vice President of Huawei and also President of Global Marketing, Sales and Services for Huawei Digital Power, Huawei is pursuing a targeted strategy to embrace the arrival of AI, digitalisation, intelligence, and decarbonisation. He emphasised that quality is the primary foundation in the Digital Power System and reaffirmed Huawei’s commitment to growing together with partners and installers, creating business value, setting high standards, and achieving shared success.
In terms of corporate culture and strategy, Xia Hesheng, CMO of Huawei Digital Power, stated that Huawei regards customer service as the ultimate goal, while customer needs drive business development. Huawei Digital Power prioritises quality by delivering high-quality products and services throughout the product lifecycle.
Jack Tong, President of the Global Residential and C&I Business Department at Huawei Digital Power, outlined strategies for Huawei FusionSolar installers. He noted that installers and EPCs play a role in ensuring product safety, guaranteeing quality, and creating business value in the final stage of the transition from energy consumers to prosumers.
In service capability development, Allen Zeng, President of the Technical Service & Operation Department at Huawei Digital Power, stated that Huawei Digital Power is committed to facilitating installers through a three-dimensional service system based on quality, expertise, and vision.
To promote a customer-centric approach, innovation, and partner support, Huawei launched the Installer Voice Loop at this event. Supported by AI, this platform collects and analyses customer feedback from the field, identifies product needs, drives closed-loop problem resolution, and continuously improves product and service quality.
Jack Tong also introduced Huawei’s “One-Fits-All” solution for the residential and C&I segments, which emphasises proactive security systems, premium quality, higher profitability, and adaptability across various scenarios to support the green transformation.
Simon Sun, President of the Smart PV Management System Business at Huawei Digital Power, shared insights on the FusionSolar AI agent and explained the role of AI in enhancing productivity and reducing operational and maintenance (O&M) costs.
The FusionSolar expert team analysed the core value of Huawei’s “One-Fits-All” solution and shared experiences to help global installers deepen their understanding and enhance their capabilities. Marketing directors for the residential and C&I segments also introduced marketing guides for installers and reaffirmed Huawei’s commitment to collaborating with partners.
The “Best Installer Contest” was one of the highlights of the event, involving eight global representatives who presented case studies and competed directly to demonstrate practical expertise and innovative models. The presentation of plaques and awards to the best installers served as recognition for outstanding teams and individuals, while also encouraging professional development within the installer community.
As AI and energy technologies converge, the industry is entering a new phase of intelligent and high-quality growth. Huawei is addressing challenges with a determined approach, regarding installers as core partners, and strengthening global collaboration through innovation, capability enhancement, and ecosystem development.
