REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance has provided the Coretax Form as a means of reporting for individual taxpayers with a Nil annual tax return status. The Director of Public Relations and Communication of the DJP, Inge Diana Rismawanti, stated that the form aims to support the reporting of Personal Income Tax (PPh) annual tax returns through the DJP’s Coretax system.

“The Coretax Form is an electronic form provided in the DJP’s Coretax system and used by taxpayers to fill out and submit their annual tax returns electronically,” said Inge in a written statement in Jakarta, Wednesday (25/2/2026).

Inge said that using the Coretax Form can make it easier for taxpayers to fulfil their reporting obligations and ensure that the annual tax return data is recorded in the DJP’s Coretax system.

She detailed that the Coretax Form can be used by taxpayers who meet the following criteria:

  • Individual taxpayers

  • Have income from employment, business and/or freelance work

  • Submit annual tax returns with a Nil status

  • Do not use the Net Income Calculation Norm

To access the Coretax Form, taxpayers can log in to their DJP Coretax account via the coretaxdjp.pajak.go.id website and select the Tax Return (SPT) menu. The Coretax Form is available in that menu.

To open and fill out the Coretax Form, the DJP stated that taxpayers need to install the Adobe Acrobat Reader application, with a minimum version of Reader DC version 20 or later.

As a guide, the procedure for reporting Personal Income Tax (PPh) annual tax returns with a Nil status using the Coretax Form can be accessed via the following link http://s.kemenkeu.go.id/panduanCoretaxForm.

Inge also urged taxpayers to only access Coretax services through the official DJP website and to remain cautious of parties claiming to represent the institution.

“If assistance is needed, taxpayers can contact the Tax Hotline 1500200 or the nearest tax office,” she said.
