How to overcome pollution

I would like to give some suggestions for overcoming the
problem of water and air pollution in Jakarta, which has
inflicted a loss of Rp 3 trillion per year on society (Suara
Karya, Jan. 18, 1995). As reported, the efforts to overcome
pollution should involve various parties -- government, the private
sector and the community. But how can this take place if the
campaign for this issue has not been done intensively? The goal
cannot be achieved successfully.

In my opinion, the campaign on the environmental impact of
pollution, as well as love for the environment must be
intensified. It should cover a wider area, including schools to
make the pupils environmentally conscious by getting them to do
activities, leading to environment preservation.

Let us "love our environment!"
