House Passes Bill on Income Tax

hmmm -- does anybody have a copy of the final tax bill?? They were talking of tax rates of 14% for companies who turn over less than $5 million USD, dropping to 12.5%. If its just a flat rate of 28% it hardly seems worth the trouble!
