Honor Win Turbo Officially Launched with Dimensity 8500 Chip and Power Bank-Grade Battery
Honor has updated its Win series catalog by launching the Win Turbo in China on Saturday, 30 May 2026. Like other Win series phones such as the Win RT and regular Win models, the smartphone focuses on device durability supported by a large 10,000mAh battery, a capacity equivalent to standard power banks.
However, the Honor Win Turbo features a different chipset and lacks a cooling system present in previous Win series models, prioritising power efficiency over performance.
Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 (4nm) chipset, designed to offer better power efficiency than the Snapdragon 8 Elite (3nm) and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3nm) chips used in the higher-performance Honor Win and Win RT models.
The smartphone comes with a 10,000mAh battery, like other Win series variants, but lacks wireless charging capabilities. Wired charging speed has been reduced to 80 watts compared to 100 watts on the Win and Win RT models. Honor claims the Win Turbo battery can charge from 0 to 100 per cent in approximately 90 minutes.
The Dimensity 8500 chipset is paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
For camera specifications, the Win Turbo features a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor and a 5MP ultrawide lens, while the front camera is 16MP.
The device also boasts IP68, IP69, and IP69K dust and water resistance certifications, making it resistant to high-pressure water sprays and extreme temperatures.
