HONOR Accelerates AI Vision at MWC 2026 Through "Robot Phone", Humanoid Robot, and Magic V6

From robotic innovation to flagship products, HONOR expands its AI device ecosystem at MWC 2026

Barcelona, Spain – At MWC 2026, HONOR accelerates its Augmented Human Intelligence (AHI) vision and ALPHA PLAN through three main pillars: Alpha Phone, Alpha Store, and Alpha Lab. With a long-term commitment to human-centric AI, HONOR showcased a preview of the Robot Phone—a groundbreaking exploration in embodied intelligence and a new concept for future smartphones that combines mobility capabilities and spatial awareness.

Beyond these futuristic innovations, HONOR also launched the Magic V6 as the pinnacle of foldable phone innovation. The device combines the latest silicon-carbon battery technology, advanced display engineering, and AI-based productivity features in the most cutting-edge foldable design to date. Along with new ecosystem devices—the MagicPad 4 and MagicBook Pro 14—this product launch reaffirms HONOR’s strategy to integrate smart hardware and software focused on genuine user needs.

HONOR Magic V6: A New Standard for Foldable Phones

Whilst the Robot Phone depicts the future of AI realised physically, the Magic V6 demonstrates current flagship-class foldable phone innovation. The Magic V6 is engineered for durability, performance, and intelligent productivity.

With a thickness of just 8.75 mm when folded, a stronger structure, and an advanced hinge system, the Magic V6 is designed for long-term use. The device carries IP68 and IP69 certification for resistance to water and dust during daily use. Through its extremely thin foldable design, HONOR employs new-generation carbon-silicon battery technology.

Realised through collaboration with ATL, the Magic V6 uses HONOR’s fifth-generation silicon-carbon material that balances thin design with high energy density. This innovation enables the Magic V6 to achieve 25% silicon content, an industry first, supporting greater energy density in an extremely thin foldable design. As a result, a 6,660mAh battery is housed in one of the thinnest foldable phones on the market, redefining expectations for battery longevity in this category without compromising design.

At MWC 2026, HONOR also introduced the latest Silicon-Carbon Blade battery with 32% silicon content and energy density exceeding 900 Wh/L. This breakthrough moves towards an era of 7,000mAh batteries for foldable devices, a significant leap in ultra-thin battery technology with substantial capacity.

The Magic V6 also sets a new standard in foldable phone display innovation. The device is equipped with two flagship LTPO 2.0 displays, measuring 6.52 inches (outer screen) and 7.95 inches when unfolded. Both displays support adaptive refresh rates of 1–120Hz, with peak brightness levels of up to 6,000 nits and 5,000 nits for HDR content. The inner display uses ultra-thin flexible glass with “SGS Minimised Crease” certification, reducing crease depth by 44% compared to the previous generation. As a result, the display appears flatter and more immersive. An anti-reflective coating using silicon nitride reduces screen reflection to as low as 1.5%, whilst 4320Hz PWM dimming technology and AI Defocus Display enhance screen comfort during extended use. Thanks to these innovations, the Magic V6 is smoother, more comfortable, and more durable for everyday use.

When fully unfolded, AI-based productivity features optimise multitasking, content creation, and communication. Cross-ecosystem support also enhances flexibility, making the Magic V6 a reliable companion device that works seamlessly with the Apple ecosystem.

As the first foldable phone equipped with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and supported by an advanced vapour chamber cooling system to maintain stable performance, the Magic V6 delivers an exceptionally smooth experience for gaming, multitasking, and heavy processing. HONOR’s AI Ecosystem: MagicPad 4 and MagicBook Pro 14

Expanding its AI-driven portfolio beyond the smartphone category, HONOR also introduced the MagicPad 4 and MagicBook Pro 14 in its flagship product ecosystem at MWC 2026.

The MagicPad 4 is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 mobile platform and delivers flagship-class performance in an ultra-thin 4.8 mm tablet design. The tablet features a 3K OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, leading in its class. Supported by AI-based multitasking features, the MagicPad 4 supports smooth productivity and content creation on a 12.3-inch screen. Like the Magic V6, this device supports cross-device collaboration, including with smartphones and various platforms, including the Apple ecosystem. Through Linux Lab in Developer Options, users can run the OpenClaw AI assistant on the MagicPad 4, unlocking greater potential to enhance efficiency and productivity in the future.

The MagicBook Pro 14 further strengthens HONOR’s AI laptop lineup with support for Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors. This laptop is capable of handling heavy workloads, creative tasks, and everyday needs efficiently. Equipped with a 14.6-inch OLED display with high colour accuracy, outstanding battery longevity, intelligent performance management, and a lightweight design, the device offers maximum portability.
