Graha Cijantung prospective

JAKARTA (JP): Thirty-six units of a shopping center being built in Cijantung, East Jakarta have been sold.

A technical advisor of First Pacific Davies Julian Rayner, yesterday said that two days after the open tender for the spaces his office had been busy with callers.

First Pacific Davis is the consultant and marketing agency for the shopping complex called Graha Cijantung.

Buyers which have signed deals are, among others, McDonald's, Hoka Hoka Bento, California Fried Chicken and Kentucky Fried Chicken.

The seven-story shopping center located on Jl. Raya Bogor is being built on a 43,000 square meter plot.

The construction project started last October and is scheduled for completion by October this year.

The developer PT Kobame Propertindo is managed by the Red Beret Foundation and PT Graha Haji Masagung.

The Red Beret Foundation belongs to the Army elite troops, Kopassus.

The shopping complex will have a children's playground, recreational sites, electronic centers, cinemas and a health clinic. (sur)
