Government Opens 35,476 PKWT Positions for Red and White Village Cooperatives, Here Are the Requirements
The government, through the National Selection Committee for Human Resources of the Best Quick Results Programme (SDMPHTC), has officially opened recruitment for managers of Red and White Village/Kelurahan Cooperatives (KDKMP) and Red and White Fishery Villages. Coordinating Minister for Food Affairs Zulkifli Hasan (Zulhas) stated that 30,000–40,000 KDKMP will be completed by June or July, requiring human resource support. “In the first phase, 35,476 positions will be opened, consisting of 30,000 KDKMP managers who will become state-owned enterprise employees under a fixed-term employment contract (PKWT) with Agrinas Pangan Nusantara,” Zulhas said during a press conference on the Human Resource Procurement Policy for Red and White Village/Kelurahan Cooperatives (KDKMP) and Red and White Fishery Villages at the Coordinating Ministry for Food Affairs office in Jakarta on Wednesday (15/4/2026). Zulhas added that the government is also opening recruitment for 5,476 individuals as managers of Red and White Fishery Villages, who will also become state-owned enterprise employees under PT Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara with PKWT status. Zulhas explained that this open selection is for D3, D4, and S1 graduates from all majors, with a maximum age of 35 years and a minimum GPA of 2.75. “Registration opens today, 15 April 2026 until 24 April 2026, through the link phtc.panselnas.go.id, which will be coordinated by BP BUMN. Details will be explained there, so you can read them later,” Zulhas said. Zulhas emphasised that all recruitment process stages are free and do not incur any fees. Zulhas stated that this announcement addresses various issues related to the recruitment of KDKMP and Red and White Fishery Cooperative employees. “So there are no fees at all, no special channels, no recommendations, no parties that can guarantee passing,” Zulhas continued. Zulhas conveyed that this recruitment programme is carried out collaboratively and coordinated by BP BUMN, supported by various ministries and agencies. He assured that all elements are working together to ensure the selection runs quickly, orderly, transparently, and accountably. “To local governments, we request full support to socialise this programme and oversee its implementation in the regions,” Zulhas said.
