The Ministry of Home Affairs, through the Directorate General of Regional Financial Development, emphasises the importance of rapid procurement and orderly administration for Regional Public Service Agencies (BLUD). A digital system integrated with the Mitra LKPP RI marketplace is expected to improve efficiency and accountability in regional financial management, especially in the health and education sectors.

The Director of BLUD and Regional Assets at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Yudia Ramli, stated that the use of the Mitra LKPP RI marketplace is an important instrument to support transparency and accountability in BLUD procurement.

“With this system, the entire process is well-documented and can be accounted for,” he said recently.

According to Yudia, socialisation about digital procurement has been carried out by various related parties. He explained that this integrated system makes procurement more agile and well-documented.

“Through the Mitra LKPP RI marketplace, which is connected to INAPROC, BLUD can carry out procurement more quickly, as well as facilitate supervision and accountability,” he said.

According to the Head of the Team for the Development of the V6 LKPP RI Electronic Catalogue System, Mieke Eka Putri Mieke, this Mitra LKPP RI marketplace platform is part of the modernisation of the government procurement system, which is becoming increasingly integrated. The aim is to provide convenience in managing BLUD spending more efficiently.

“This system also supports the acceleration of budget realisation in the health and education sectors, which require rapid and timely budget management,” she said.

The positive impact of the implementation of digital procurement is also felt by the Director of the Nene Mallomo Regional General Hospital in Sidenreng Rappang, South Sulawesi, Suwarta Yuddin Pande. He explained that the use of the Mitra LKPP RI marketplace has accelerated the procurement process and improved administrative neatness.

“The integrated system makes it easier to manage BLUD finances in a more orderly and efficient manner,” he said.

In addition, Ryn Mulyanto Riyadi Hermawan, CEO & Co-Founder of Mbizmarket, also affirmed his commitment to support BLUD in optimally utilising the Mbizmarket platform.

“We are ready to help BLUD accelerate spending realisation and improve the quality of public services through more efficient and monitored digital procurement,” he said.

The synergy between the central government, regional governments, and marketplace partners is key to strengthening the digital procurement ecosystem within BLUD. With an increasingly integrated digital system, it is hoped that regional financial management can be more transparent, accountable, and can be accounted for, which will ultimately support the improvement of public services in Indonesia.
