Jakarta — PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk has increased its budget allocation for the Hari Raya bonus (BHR) for driver partners this year to Rp100-110 billion, a doubling from Rp50 billion in 2025.

“With this spirit, we channel BHR as a form of GoTo’s appreciation for the contributions of drivers in maintaining the quality and reliability of our services for customers over the past 12 months, while continuing to consider the company’s capacity,” GoTo chief executive Hans Patuwo said in a Jakarta statement on Tuesday.

In addition to the increased budget allocation by the company, Hans said that for the lowest nominal category, the BHR amount will rise by 3-4 times, from Rp50,000 in 2025 to Rp150,000 for two-wheeler partners and Rp200,000 for four-wheeler partners in 2026.

In determining recipients, GoTo remains focused on the principle of balance based on the category/level of driver partners listed in the Gojek Driver app (partner app) to ensure the distribution process is transparent and accountable.

The criteria include the level of platform usage as a primary or supplementary source of income (measured by online hours) and service quality (measured by acceptance rate and order completion).

Recipients of GoTo’s BHR are divided into several groups, namely Mitra Juara, Mitra Andalan, and Mitra Harapan.

Two-wheeler partners will receive BHR amounts ranging from Rp150,000 to Rp900,000, while four-wheeler partners will receive from Rp200,000 to Rp1,600,000.

BHR will be disbursed to partners via the GoPay partner balance during 4-6 March 2026.

“We understand that each partner’s journey is different; some can be fully active for 12 months, while others have paused due to health conditions or family responsibilities,” Hans said.

“Therefore, this year we have designed improvements to the BHR recipient categories based on a deep understanding of the dynamics and challenges on the ground. With this approach, the BHR is expected to be distributed more fairly and transparently,” he added.
