Referring to your visit to Golden Truly, Blok M, where you were overcome by the odor of rodents' waste on the second floor, we would like to inform herewith, that hygiene for our merchandise tops the company's priority list.

This also concerns rat plagues, for which we have appointed CV Star Group to prevent and eliminate this bane in all Golden Truly outlets at regular intervals.
