From Loss to Profit, Phapros (PEHA) Net Profit Surges 109 Percent in 2025
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Phapros Tbk (PEHA) has recorded an improvement in performance in 2025. The company booked a net profit of Rp 27.44 billion, reversing from a loss of Rp 290.63 billion in 2024.
This profit rose 109 percent year-on-year. This figure also surpassed the 2023 achievement, which recorded a profit of Rp 6.01 billion.
Performance was driven by sales growth and cost efficiencies. Sales reached Rp 940.88 billion, up 26.34 percent.
Efficiency was evident in the cost of goods sold (COGS). Its value fell 5.41 percent to Rp 448.37 billion from Rp 474.03 billion in 2024.
Operating expenses were also curbed. Its value dropped 14.64 percent to Rp 406.43 billion from Rp 476.12 billion in the previous year. This improvement propelled the surge in net profit.
Acting President Director of Phapros Ida Rahmi Kurniasih stated that this achievement is the result of strategies implemented since early 2025. Focus was directed towards business transformation, marketing, and product portfolio restructuring.
“The spirit of recovery unites our goals to yield positive results. This achievement is the outcome of five consistent performance improvement strategies executed by the company,” said Ida in a press statement on Wednesday (1/4/2026).
“Fundamental business improvements have driven growth in sales across all segments, successfully restoring the company’s sustainable profitability. We are optimistic that the 2025 financial performance will serve as a strong foundation to strengthen financial performance and sustainable profitability going forward,” she added.
Production efficiency is reflected in the COGS to sales ratio. This figure fell to 47.65 percent from 63.65 percent in 2024. This decline indicates a more efficient production process and an increased gross profit margin.
Marketing and distribution costs also dropped 27.8 percent. This step improved the overall cost structure.
On the balance sheet, liabilities fell to Rp 959.70 billion, or down 7.45 percent. Equity rose to Rp 427.47 billion from Rp 393.12 billion.
The increase in equity shows an enhanced company value for shareholders. Cash flow also improved. Operating cash flow was recorded at a positive Rp 123.757 billion.
Cash balance at the end of 2025 reached Rp 120.98 billion. This figure rose 31.49 percent from Rp 92 billion in the same period the previous year.
