Free Software from Bill Gates

I want to know what the real purpose of Gates' visit is. He has long had a close relationship with SBY. The Prez even flew, if I am not mistaken, to Seattle (is that where Microsoft is based) to visit Gates when he went to the US after the 2004 elections.

Is it as simple as Gates making contributions to Indonesia (and SBY's war chest?) for Indonesia to crack down on pirated software?
