Free Mudik 2026: Telkom Opens Registration, Prepares 27 Buses and 3 Sea Routes
In preparation for Idulfitri 1447 H, TelkomGroup is supporting the BUMN Free Mudik 2026 Programme through the Mudik Bersama TelkomGroup 2026 initiative. Under the theme “Safe Mudik, Sharing Hope”, the programme aims to facilitate the smooth flow of returning migrants by providing safe, comfortable, and well-organised transportation.
This year, TelkomGroup is providing 27 eco-friendly buses and 3 maritime routes that will transport approximately 1,700 returning migrants to various destinations. The programme is free of charge and open to the public who meet the requirements and register through official channels.
VP Corporate Communication Telkom Andri Herawan Sasoko stated that this initiative represents the company’s commitment to delivering tangible benefits to society. “Beyond providing convenience, the use of eco-friendly buses in this programme also represents TelkomGroup’s concrete effort to promote more efficient, low-emission travel that aligns with our sustainability principles. We hope this programme will not only provide social benefits to participants but also generate broader positive environmental and societal impacts,” Andri said.
The Mudik Bersama TelkomGroup 2026 programme serves numerous destinations on Java and Sumatra, including:
• Jakarta – Surabaya – Malang
• Jakarta – Magelang – Sleman – Yogyakarta – Wonosari
• Jakarta – Semarang
• Jakarta – Yogyakarta
• Jakarta – Ponorogo
• Jakarta – Malang
• Jakarta – Lampung
• Jakarta – Palembang
• Jakarta – Tasikmalaya
Departures are scheduled for Tuesday, 17 March 2026, with a centralised departure point at Museum Satria Mandala in South Jakarta. Detailed information regarding arrival times and departure logistics will be communicated directly to verified participants.
Registration opened on 3 February 2026 through the official website https://mudik2026.telkomgroup.id/. Given the limited capacity, the public is urged to register promptly after the portal opens to secure departure quotas.
Through this programme, TelkomGroup hopes to facilitate smooth returning journeys whilst strengthening community bonds as Indonesians celebrate Idulfitri with their families.
