Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) successfully rebounded after experiencing a significant correction throughout the previous week. At the close of trading on Monday (4/5/2026), the index rose slightly by 0.22% to 6,971.95.
Trading value was brisk, surpassing Rp21.17 trillion, involving 60.32 stocks that changed hands 2.44 million times. A total of 327 stocks rose, 357 fell, and 134 remained stagnant.
Meanwhile, foreign investors recorded a jumbo net purchase of Rp1.92 trillion across the entire market and Rp2.71 trillion in the negotiated and cash markets. In addition, foreign investors also recorded a net sale of Rp791.28 billion in the negotiated and cash markets.
