The Housing Finance Management Agency (BP Tapera) recorded the disbursement of subsidized Home Ownership Loans (KPR) through the Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme for 19,741 housing units as of February 26, 2026. BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho said that this figure represents 5.64 percent of this year’s target of 350,000 units.
“FLPP disbursement continues to increase each month. In January, the realization was 7,312 units, and in February, it was 12,429 units. The increase in realization reached 69.98 percent,” said Heru in a written statement on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
According to BP Tapera data, the majority of FLPP scheme applicants come from West Java Province, with 4,902 housing units, or 24.83 percent of the national total. This is followed by South Sulawesi with 1,838 units (9.31 percent), Central Java with 1,633 units (8.27 percent), Banten with 1,388 units (7.03 percent), and South Sumatra with 1,208 units (6.11 percent).

This year, the bank that distributes the most funds is Bank BTN with 10,759 housing units (54.55 percent) of the total national realization. This is followed by Bank Syariah Indonesia with 3,174 units (16.07 percent), Bank BNI with 1,747 units (8.84 percent), Bank BRI with 1,367 units (6.92 percent), and Bank Mandiri with 1,351 units (6.84 percent).
