Fire damages amusement center

SAMARINDA, East Kalimantan: Fire caused severe damage to the second floor of the Pinang Babaris amusement center here early yesterday morning.

Six fire engines rushed to the scene minutes after the fire was reported at about 1:15 a.m.

Antara quoted several witnesses as saying that the fire originated from the Happy Billyard pool hall which is known as one of the older lessors in the building.

No injuries were reported. (mds)
