Film on Dayak tribe

JAKARTA (JP): A documentary on the Ngaju-Dayak people in
Central Kalimantan will be shown Monday at the Goethe-Institut in
Central Jakarta.

The film, to be shown at 7 p.m., was made in the Tumbang
Malahui village by ethnologists who studied in Munchen, Germany,
Sri Kuhnt-Saptodewo and Hanno Kampffmeyer.

The two-hour film, which is in English and was produced in
1993 to 1994, is titled Bury me twice, a death ritual on the
Ngaju-Dayak. (anr)
