Presently, crime utilizes various modi operandi of a
sophisticated nature. This is because of the ongoing
globalization era, which is growing increasingly more complex.
There are many criminals who go scot-free because of present laws
or the outdated Criminal Code. I feel it is high time to draft a
bill that would effectively stem the distribution rate of
Ecstasy.

Ecstasy distribution can be checked by linking it to
the subversive law, the banking criminal code, or by other
sophisticated means, if it comes under the financial criminal
code. The objective of Ecstasy distribution is, after all, to
make buckets of money the fast way.

People want to get rich through illegal means. Ecstasy is
spoiling the young generation and is destroying the minds of the
nation's future intellectuals. Heavy punishment should be meted
out, if necessary capital punishment, so the society may live in
peace. Ecstasy is not categorized as a narcotic. It is very hard
to fight the spread of Ecstasy, due to its tight trafficking
network.

An international agreement is of the utmost importance in this
case. We realize that a worldwide Ecstasy network is in
operation. Eradication, therefore, would have to be carried out
on a global scale.
