PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) utilised the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle Expo (GIICOMVEC) 2026 to affirm its approach in supporting the national logistics sector through the “Zero Down Time” concept. This concept represents Mitsubishi Fuso’s efforts to minimise operational downtime for commercial vehicles.

The exhibition, held at JIExpo Kemayoran from 8 to 11 April 2026, featured several vehicles that have been used in various sectors, from logistics distribution and cold chain to national-scale goods transportation. The presence of these units represents actual field usage, while also illustrating the increasing demands for efficiency in the freight transport industry.

Some of the models displayed included the Canter FE 74 and FE 74 Long with refrigerated box bodies for controlled-temperature product distribution, as well as the Fighter X FN61 FSL designed for medium-class transport with high payload needs. Additionally, there was the Fighter X FM65F TH 4x2, which serves as a tractor head for heavy logistics distribution.

Mitsubishi Fuso also showcased the Mobile Workshop Service unit based on the Canter FE 71. This service enables maintenance and repairs to be carried out directly at the customer’s operational site, as part of efforts to reduce fleet downtime.

In the outdoor area, the company presented the Canter Bus for passenger mobility needs and the Fighter X Logistic Package, designed to facilitate logistics business operators in fleet operations.

In addition to vehicles, Mitsubishi Fuso emphasised the integration of after-sales services and digitalisation. One key element is the Runner Telematics system, used for real-time monitoring of vehicle conditions, including workshop maintenance duration via the geofence feature.

This system is also utilised to oversee operational activities such as loading and unloading times up to vehicle movements in specific areas.

The digitalisation is complemented by the MyFuso application, which allows users to access service histories and place orders for spare parts. On the other hand, the company also displayed various supporting components for after-sales services, such as official spare parts as well as a network of workshops and 24-hour service operations.

KTB President Director Daisuke Okamoto stated that the “Zero Down Time” approach positions after-sales services as a crucial part of commercial vehicle operations. “Our responsibility does not end when the unit is handed over, but rather ensures that the vehicles continue to operate without interruptions,” he said.

He added that the integration between vehicle products and digital-based services is expected to maintain smooth logistics distribution, which is one of the main pillars of economic activities in Indonesia.
