The Wanabakti forest complex in Bogor, West Java, is included
in the electricity network of the state electricity company, PLN,
of Bogor. But we get our water from the drinking water company,
PAM, in Jakarta.

It so happens that during the past few weeks we often face 24-
hour blackouts and, amazingly, our water also stops flowing.

We have tried to find out the reasons for the power and water
failures, but neither of the companies could give satisfactory
answers. We were simply left in distress.

We hope that the authorities concerned will take the necessary
steps to overcome the problems. We are loyal bill payers and
expect good service.
