But we get our water from the drinking water company,<br>\nPAM, in Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>It so happens that during the past few weeks we often face 24-<br>\nhour blackouts and, amazingly, our water also stops flowing.<\/p>\n<p>We have tried to find out the reasons for the power and water<br>\nfailures, but neither of the companies could give satisfactory<br>\nanswers. We were simply left in distress.<\/p>\n<p>We hope that the authorities concerned will take the necessary<br>\nsteps to overcome the problems.
