Dywidag wins Asian deals
MUNICH, Germany (Reuter): German construction group Dyckerhoff
& Widmann AG said yesterday it won two Asian contracts with a
total value of 280 million marks (US$165.7 million).
A 200 million mark contract called for the company, which is
known as Dywidag, to build a six-lane, 6.8-km highway in the Thai
capital of Bankok. Under an 80 million mark deal, Dywidag would
build a cement plant in Indonesia.
