Duta Pertiwi bonus shares

JAKARTA (JP): PT Duta Pertiwi, a publicly-listed property
developer, said yesterday that it will issue one bonus share for
every four old shares.

The proposal of the bonus share issuance was approved by the
company's shareholders at their annual meeting yesterday,
together with a proposal on the distribution of dividends and the
splitting of its stocks, the company said.

The company it said will pay dividends of Rp 98 per share (4.1
U.S. cents) and that the nominal price of the stocks will be
halved to Rp 500 per share.

The company will capitalize its capital gains for the issuance
of the bonus shares. (alo)
