Dudung Reveals Corruption Loopholes in MBG Programme: There is Trading of SPPG Points
There are many loopholes, many loopholes. One of them, I received information about the buying and selling of points. Yes, there is that, one of them. I will look into that buying and selling of points,” said Dudung at the Bina Graha building in Central Jakarta on Tuesday (5/5/2026). Dudung declined to explain other loopholes that could potentially create inequality. He assured that he would check directly in the field to examine the existing potential for inequality, including those related to food. “Ah, later, there are many, don’t make me reveal everything here,” he said. “Later, we will find some too. So, for example, if food is found that then leads to poisoning, quality and so on, I will check directly in the field,” Dudung continued. Dudung will also examine reports regarding SPPG that have been closed but incentives are still running smoothly. This refers to data from the Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Dadan Hindayana, who revealed that 1,720 SPPG in Indonesia have been temporarily stopped. Thousands of MBG kitchens are still receiving incentives of Rp 6 million per day even though their operations have been halted. “Ah, that’s exactly what I will check. Already suspended but incentives are still smooth, even the investors are still receiving them. That’s how it is,” he said. Furthermore, Dudung revealed the President’s directive to examine loopholes with potential for inequality in national priority programmes. In following up on this, his side will coordinate with related stakeholders to strengthen collaboration. “Yes, the President directed me, ‘Mr Dudung, try to check it’. Because this national priority programme is one of them to ensure the President’s flagship priorities, one of which is MBG, then the Merah Putih Cooperative, and that we will check. So I will reactivate collaboration with related stakeholders,” he said. “Pray for it. Later, if I find something, I will directly reveal it to the journalists. Just convey who the perpetrators are, who is not right. Because this is the people’s money, the people must know,” Dudung continued.
